The Fair Park Aquarium. It's, er, kind of lame. I know, I know-it was built in the 50's. But it's small-and kind of stinky. Or maybe I just have a BAD ATTITUDE. Probably the latter.

Sylvie seemed to have mixed emotions about it all. (can you say "projection"?)

4th of July!

The "Water Follies"... a mini-parade that out neighborhood puts on every year. There were a million kids. Sylvie & Travis both squealed with delight when they finally caught sight of each other.
That's our other neighbor Max, popping a wheelie.

We ate dinner al fresco last night because it was a windy 80 degree or so evening and Sylvie likes to "create" with her food. After dinner, Sylvie decided to go lie in the grass and stare at the sky. WE LOVE HER.

Good Feng Shui?

Two of the 5 baby birds have hatched. They presently make their home in out mailbox! It's nice to hear the lil peeps everytime I leave the house.
